First time waxing? Make sure you have NOT SHAVED FOR UP TO 2 WEEKS MINIMUM from day of appointment.

If hair is to short you will not get waxed and retainer will be used to full-fill appointment.

We offer a 5-minute Grace Period if you are running late.

• Plan to arrive a few minutes earlier to sign in. Consider extra time for traffic and parking.
• In order to expedite your service XRB expects you to be here PROMTLY AT THE TIME YOU RESERVED, we CANNOT guarantee accommodations for late arrivals. 
• We will do our best to ensure that your appointment begins on time and is completed in a timely fashion.
• However, for your safety we do clean the entire treatment room before and after your arrival, there will be times you will have to wait a couple more minutes before your service begins. 

LATE GRACE PERIOD IS 5 MINUTES FOR A 15 MINUTE APPOINTMENT

10 MINUTES FOR A 30 MINUTE + APPOINTMENT

At the discretion of the service provider, we will still see you for your appointment if there is enough time to complete all services booked.

In order to be serviced YOU MUST BE IN THE TREATMENT ROOM AT THE late grace period MARK (NOT IN THE WAITING ROOM, OR PARKING LOT)

LASER HAIR REMOVAL:

If time is exceeded, at the discretion of the service provider the appointment will be cancelled and a $25.00 missed appointment fee will be applied (if you have a package deal.) 

However, you won't lose your package day. If your appointment for laser is per session you will have to give a new deposit for a new appointment.

NOTE: Accommodations will be made if there is same day availability, no guarantees

IF YOU PAID PER SESSION: DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT AND A NO SHOW FEE OF 46% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE.

1. Scroll down press CHANGE/CANCEL APPOINTMENT
2. First try to reschedule by looking for any available spots. If you do NOT find any availability PRESS CANCEL. After you've canceled TEXT us immediately to for a new appointment.

RETAINERS ARE ONLY TRANSFERRABLE NOT REFUNDABLE

If appointment is NOT canceled 24 hours before appointment XRB will use the RETAINER to fulfill appointment.

Our phone system is NOT available 24hours, if you cannot make it to your appointment please cancel/edit appt as instructed above.

XRB will respond during business hours. Keep in mind your appointment is NOT considered canceled until you receive a cancellation email.

Cancellations made less than 24hours will not be permitted to cancel online, it will be considered a LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION and retainer will be used to Full-fill the appointment or a $25.00 FEE will be applied if you have a package. A new deposit will be required to book a NEW appointment.

No-shows will forfeit their deposit and charged a 46% No-show FEE of the remaining cost of service *** This does not include cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours before appointment.

LASER NO SHOWS FORTFEIT THAT DAY, MEANING YOU WILL HAVE ONE LESS DAY FOR YOUR PACKAGE.

If you decide you'd longer like/need a service we're booked for or decided you'd like to add/change a service you must refer back to this email 24 hours before and choose CHANGE/CANCEL appointment to edit any services/people out. If you fail to do so, retainer will be used to full fill originally booked services.

Do you want a Brazilian wax outside of business hours or want to get squeezed in? XRB will try to accommodate you. The service for the Brazilian VIP is $95 and must be PAID IN FULL  before accommodations are made.  NO ADDONS. Card on file will be charged.
