We will do our best to ensure that your appointment begins on time and is completed in a timely fashion.
However, for your safety we do clean the entire treatment room before and after your arrival, there will be times you will have to wait a couple more minutes before your service begins.
LATE GRACE PERIOD IS 5 MINUTES FOR A 15 MINUTE APPOINTMENT
10 MINUTES FOR A 30 MINUTE + APPOINTMENT
At the discretion of the service provider, we will still see you for your appointment if there is enough time to complete all services booked.

LASER HAIR REMOVAL APPOINTMENTS:
If time is exceeded, at the discretion of the service provider Appointment will be cancelled - a $25 missed appointment fee will be applied (if you have a package deal.) However, you won't lose your package day. If your appointment for laser is per session you will have to give a new deposit for a new appointment.
(Accommodations will be made if there is same day availability, no guarantees)

Scroll down press CHANGE/CANCEL APPOINTMENT
-First try to reschedule by looking for any available spots. If you do NOT find any availability PRESS CANCEL. After you've canceled TEXT us immediately to for a new appointment.
RETAINERS ARE ONLY TRANSFERRABLE NOT REFUNDABLE

XRB will respond during business hours. Keep in mind your appointment is NOT considered canceled until you receive a cancellation email.
Cancellations made less than 24hours will not be permitted to cancel online, it will be considered a LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION and retainer will be used to Full-fill the appointment or a $25 FEE will be applied if you have a package. A new deposit will be required to book a NEW appointment.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES: If you decide you'd longer like/need a service we're booked for or decided you'd like to add/change a service you must refer back to this email 24 hours before and choose CHANGE/CANCEL appointment to edit any services/people out. If you fail to do so, retainer will be used to full fill originally booked services.

Do you want a Brazilian wax outside of business hours or want to get squeezed in? XRB will try to accommodate you. The service for the Brazilian VIP is $95 and must be PAID IN FULL before accommodations are made. NO ADDONS. Card on file will be charged.
